DRAdrianMD on Hypertension / High Blood Pressure
[MUSIC PLAYING] Hi, this is Doctor Adrian M.D. In this video I will give you an overview of my hypertension program and my successes in my office. During my career of pursuing alternatives for my patients, I found it difficult to find a nonprescription supplement program, or dietary modifications, or even IV therapies, that could equal the magnitude of effect of prescription medications. But in the past number of years, I have put together a supplement program, which you see listed under my treatment plan and also under the product section under hypertension. And this treatment plan has enabled me to have medications-- sorry-- patients stop one and sometimes even two prescription medications, with equal blood pressure lowering affect and with less side effects, frequently. This is, again, why the patients make the change. So if you have high blood pressure, if you're taking a medication that's making you tired, giving you ED for men, or other side effects, there are nonprescription alternatives that work. Again, it always begins with diet. Diet is a foundation. Green leafy vegetables, such as parsley and celery have diuretic effects. So if you look at my diet for life, and under the smoothie section, I would encourage you to make a green, leafy smoothie each day. By alkalizing the body and providing the magnesium and the green, leafy vegetables, this can lower your blood pressure as well. Lemon water I have seen lower blood pressure because it has an alkalizing effect on the body. And then patients, when they start drinking this, find that they have to pass more water because of the diuretic effect, and their blood pressure comes down. But the most potent supplement is described under my treatment plan. And this has enabled patients to stop one and two medications.
