Suggested Use
For adults and children over age six, results are typically experienced within 6–12 hours when used as directed.
TAKE WITH A GLASS OF WATER OR FRUIT JUICE
Adult and children over 12 years of age: Take 2 tablets once or twice daily
Children 6 years to under 12 years: Take 1 tablet once or twice daily
Children under 6 years: Consult a physician

Inactive Ingredients: Swiss Kriss herbal mixture (anise seed, calendula flower, caraway seed, hibiscus, peach leaves, peppermint oil, strawberry leaves), binding agents (calcium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and silica).
Each tablet contains: 3 mg Sodium. Very Low Sodium.
Warnings
Do not use if pregnant or lactating.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use for a long period of time (longer than 1 week) without the direction of your physican to avoid dependency.
Avoid and consult your physician if you experience:
- Abdonimal Pain
- Nausea or vomiting
- A change in bowel movements if it persists for more than two weeks
- Rectal Bleeding
- Failure to have a bowel movement
