SUGGESTED USE: Fold the cotton flannel to the desired size and saturate with castor oil. Position the pack on the desired body area and cover as needed to protect clothing, bedding, or surrounding fabrics.
If desired, a heating pad or hot water bottle may be used according to the manufacturer's directions. Do not fall asleep while using a heating pad.
After use, store the flannel in a plastic bag or other suitable container in a cool, dry place. The flannel may be reused as appropriate.
