By placing an order through DrAdrianMD.com, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including our policies regarding payment, shipping, cancellations, and returns.

Payment & Billing

When you place an order, your credit or debit card is authorized for the amount of your purchase, but the funds are not captured at that time. This authorization may appear as a pending charge or hold on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Payment is captured only when your order is shipped.  The length of time an authorization hold remains on your account is determined by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control.

Your credit or debit card statement will show this purchase as DrAdrianMD.  By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us to place an authorization for the purchase amount and subsequently capture payment when your order is shipped.

Order Cancellations & Changes

We understand that you may need to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed.

Order cancellations and modifications are accepted as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will make the requested change when possible or cancel the order.

Because payment is not captured until an order ships, a canceled order generally will not result in a completed charge. However, an authorization hold may remain visible on your account temporarily after cancellation. The timing for release of an authorization is determined by your bank or card issuer.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified and is subject to our All Sales Final policy.

Return Policy — All Sales Final

Due to the nature of the supplements and other health-related products we sell, we do not accept returns and do not resell returned products.

This policy is maintained for product quality and customer protection. Once a product has left our possession, we cannot verify the conditions under which it was transported, handled, or stored. Therefore, we cannot accept products back into our inventory for resale, even when the product remains unopened or the manufacturer's seal is intact.

All sales are final once an order has shipped.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us promptly so that we can review the circumstances and determine the appropriate resolution. We may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label to assist with our review.

Please do not return any product without prior authorization.

Shipping Restrictions

The following shipping restrictions apply to all supplements and products purchased through DrAdrianMD.com:

• United States Shipping Only: We ship exclusively to valid delivery addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
• USPS Ground Advantage Only: Orders are shipped exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using USPS Ground Advantage.
• No Alternative Carriers: We do not offer shipping through UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers.
• No Expedited Shipping: Expedited, overnight, and express shipping services are not available.
• Valid Shipping Address Required: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate U.S. delivery address when placing an order.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been accepted by USPS, delivery is subject to USPS operations and circumstances outside of our control.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the shipping address provided is outside our permitted delivery area or cannot be serviced using our available shipping method.

Refused, Unclaimed or Undeliverable Shipments

Refusing delivery or failing to accept or retrieve a shipment does not constitute an authorized cancellation or return.

If a package is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or addressed incorrectly, we will review the circumstances after the package has been returned to us to determine the appropriate resolution.

Stock & Product Availability

Stock and availability information displayed on DrAdrianMD.com is provided for reference. Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current inventory information, product availability may change between the time an item is placed in your shopping cart and the time your order is processed.

DrAdrianMD.com reserves the right to cancel an order, in whole or in part, because of product availability, pricing or product-information errors, payment-processing issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If an order is canceled before shipment, payment will not be captured. Any existing authorization hold will be released in accordance with the policies and processing times of the customer's bank or card issuer.

• Shipping or billing information cannot be verified;
• Required information is missing or appears to contain an error;
• There is a problem authorizing payment;
• An item is out of stock, delayed, or no longer available; or

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and shipping information when placing an order.

Please provide a valid email address and review your order information carefully before submitting your purchase. Order confirmations and other communications may be sent to the email address provided with your order.
