Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellations and Changes

We understand that you may need to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed. Order cancellations and modifications are accepted as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

If you need to cancel an order or make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will make the requested changes or cancel the order and process any applicable refund to the original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified and is subject to our All Sales Final policy below.

All Sales Are Final — No Returns

Due to the nature of the supplements and other health-related products we sell, we do not accept returns and do not resell returned products.

This policy is maintained for product quality and customer protection. Once a product has left our possession, we cannot verify the conditions under which it was transported, handled, or stored. For this reason, we cannot accept products back into our inventory for resale, even when the product remains unopened or the manufacturer's seal is intact.

Accordingly, all sales are final once an order has shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

The All Sales Final policy does not prevent you from contacting us if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an item different from what you ordered.

Please contact us promptly after receiving your shipment so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, or other information necessary to document the issue.

Please do not return any product to us without prior authorization.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Refusing delivery or failing to accept or retrieve a shipment does not constitute an authorized cancellation or return. Any refund or reshipment involving a refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable package will be determined after the package is returned to us and the circumstances have been reviewed.
