Take 2 capsules two times daily or as recommended by your health-care practitioner.
Two Capsules Contain:

Other Ingredients: High and low viscosity hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and MagnesiumCitrateLaurate (Time-Sorb*), Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule, Leucine, Silicon Dioxide.
*L-Arginine complexed with Time-SorbPerfusia, a time-release matrix.
ALLERGY WARNINGS
This product is contraindicated in an individual with a history of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients.
EXCIPIENT FREE
This product does not contain wheat, gluten, corn, yeast, soy, egg, dairy products, or artificial colors, sweeteners, or flavors. This product also does not contain lactose, palmitic acid, or magnesium, calcium, or vegetable stearates.

INTERACTIONS/CONTRAINDICATIONS
Individuals with a known herpes infection should not take L-arginine without also taking lysine, as L-arginine alone has been noted to cause herpes eruptions in susceptible individuals. L-arginine supplementation is contraindicated in a patient with hepatocellular carcinoma.
