LDN or Low Dose Naltrexone is an increasingly more popular compounded medication that has benefits for numerous conditions that are usually treated with toxic or immune suppressing medications and at great financial expense. As Prescribed by the Doctor. Usually one begins with 1 mL at bedtime in juice and increases dose gradually over several weeks up to a max 4.5 mL (4.5 mg). Many smaller persons feel better on lesser doses.

- headaches
- nausea
- insomnia
- stiffness in morning
- Elevated liver enzymes (seen in higher doses)
- Cannot be taken if on narcotics or opioid medications
- Not to be taken during pregnancy or breast feeding
A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, get medical help right away if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.
