Saigon cinnamon, a type of cassia cinnamon, offers several potential health benefits, including improving blood sugar control, reducing inflammation, and supporting heart health. It's rich in cinnamaldehyde, an antioxidant with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. More research is needed specifically on Saigon cinnamon, but it's considered a valuable addition to a healthy diet.
